Frankincense - Made form the resin of the Boswelia tree, Frankincense is often used to aid mindfulness due to its grounding and and breath-enhancing properties.
Incense can be used in any room, at any time of day, to bring about a sense of calm and tranquility. We also love using incense while working to help focus and creativity, and alongside our meditation practices.
Every element of these incense sticks were handcrafted in India by a community of disabled artisans, including the beautiful screen-printed botanical designs.

How To Use
How To Use
Light the tip of the incense stick until it flames. Once the tip is glowing, carefully blow out the flame. Make sure you have an appropriate heat resistant holder or dish to hold your stick.
