SHIPPING
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after the receipt of payment.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 hour delivery services.
Last Posting Date for Christmas
The last day to order for Christmas will be Thursday 19th December. To ensure delivery before Christmas please choose Next Working Day delivery at checkout. While every effort will be made to deliver your order quickly, we highly recommend posting as early as possible to ensure it reaches its destination in time :)

Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping. This is automatically applied at checkout.

ORDERS
Gift Notes
Let us know at checkout if the order is a gift. You will have the option to add a custom note which will be handwritten and included in the parcel - don't forget to include your name too.
Gift Wrapping
Every single order is picked, packed and wrapped with care. We care about the details so every order will be wrapped carefully and beautifully presented. Our packaging, tissue paper and cards are recyclable and biodegradable, and we often utilise deadstock fabric to wrap your orders. We highly encourage you to save and reuse the packaging for your own gifts!
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number with your order so you can see where your parcel is. We have the same information as the customer and once the parcel has been delivered to Royal Mail, we cannot accept responsibility for any missing or lost items. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
Please email hello@achillea.store with the reason for your return / exchange.
You can return your purchase within 14 days after delivery. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products that have been open, used or damaged. The product must be in its original packaging and you must be able to provide receipt or proof of purchase.
It is at your own risk and expense to return the product to us for refund or replacement.
Items that are perishable, personal and sale goods are excluded from this returns policy.
Damaged Items
Please contact us within 7 days of your order arriving at hello@achillea.store if your items or products are damaged, defective or there are any issues with your order.
