Naturally lower in caffeine than matcha or coffee, hojicha still boasts many of the health benefits of green tea. Hojicha calms your mind, reduces fatigue and gently boosts your mood.
We love drinking hojicha as a latte - simply whisk with hot water and add your favourite milk. You can also use hojicha in baking.

Hojicha Latte
1. Sift 2-3g (1tsp) of hojicha powder in a bowl and add 40ml of hot water (max. 95°C).
2. Whisk well with a bamboo or electric whisk until smooth and no visible clumps.
3. Pour your favourite hot or iced milk on top of the hojicha.
4. Enjoy :)
